If youre ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Serve as a full-stack designer, actively participating in user-research, interaction design, visual design, and experience/product ecosystem design and strategy </li> <li>Engage in designing responsive web, mobile native, and in-store digital experiences to ensure a seamless user experience across different platforms </li> <li>Collaborate closely with relevant business stakeholders across a range of functional areas to design customer-facing technology solutions shaping our customer relationships </li> <li>Cultivate a deep understanding of Scout’s brand and apply it to all aspects of digital design; layout, color theory, typography, language, and iconography for digital products </li> <li>Foster collaboration with other designers within your team and across various Scout teams (such as User Research, In-Vehicle UX, Brand, and Comms) to develop comprehensive and cohesive solutions </li> <li>Work closely with engineering partners to realize a build-once, use-many environment </li> <li>Contribute to the establishment of best practices, standards, and design guidelines within the team </li> <li>Demonstrate adaptability in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to handle last-minute tasks effectively </li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Design Director to foster cohesive team dynamics and enhance overall team performance </li> </ul> Location &amp; Travel Expectations: <ul> <li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Fremont, CA.</li> <li>The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> </ul> <h4>What you’ll bring </h4> We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. Heres what else youll bring:  <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack designer with a focus on customer solutions </li> <li>Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for web, mobile, and various digital products.
