This role will be crucial in supporting our global Accounts Payable (AP), expense report processing, and corporate credit card programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is eager to learn and grow their accounting skills, and is committed to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.   Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Process and manage high volumes of global accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and timely payment.</li> <li>Review, process, and audit employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.</li> <li>Administer and reconcile corporate credit card accounts, including timely payment processing and allocation of expenses.</li> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and employee questions related to AP, expense reports, and credit cards.</li> <li>Assist with month-end close activities related to AP, accruals, and cash reconciliations.</li> <li>Prepare and post journal entries related to global AP, expense reports, and credit card transactions.</li> <li>Help maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes within global AP, expense reporting, and credit card management.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with employees and departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data.</li> <li>Assist with audit requests by providing necessary documentation and support for AP, expenses, and credit cards.</li> </ul>   Required Skills: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.</li> <li>0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role; prior experience with accounts payable, expense reports, or credit card reconciliation is a plus.</li> <li>Basic understanding of GAAP.</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and expense management and AP tools (e.g., Tipalti, Navan, Concur) is a plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.</li> </ul> We are a hybrid workplace that recognizes the importance of flexibility while valuing in-person collaboration and relationship building.
