We are looking for a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management Expert for the HR Time and Absence Solutions department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. This is a hybrid role that requires some days on-site at our headquarters in Goettingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.
In this role you will be responsible for the further development, implementation and execution of Time and Absence solutions and processes and create the future with us.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

Acting as the global point of contact for key users on Workday related issues
Focus on the business processes in Time Tracking and Absence Management
Take over responsibility for continuous improvements of implemented Workday processes, including evaluation of business process change requests and implementation of new functional requirements into the system environment
Lead international Time & Absence roll-outs
Act as an interface between the local HR teams, HR-IT and external providers
Support smooth Workday integrations
Collaborate with global and local HR stakeholders to implement solutions in Time Tracking and Absence Management
Be responsible for designing and executing user trainings for different stakeholder groups
Inform users about changes in the context of regular Workday updates

What will convince us

Successfully completed study program, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of Workday experience with a focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management, and experience in project management with global Workday roll-outs
A high affinity for systems, a structured way of working as well as analytical and communicative skills
Interest in configurations and system functionalities as well as business process definition and alignment between business and system perspective
Very good English and German skills, both written and oral
