In this role, you will be responsible for installation, qualification, preventative maintenance and repair of Bioanalytics systems such as Incucyte, Octet, iQue and CellCelector on customer sites mainly in Scotland and Ireland.The team consists of 8 engineers and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.This position is available full time, working in the field for 80-90% of the time and ideally living in or near Edinburgh or Glasgow.Grow with us – Your Responsibilities  <ul><li>On a daily basis you will be responsible for providing services and customer support during field visits</li><li>You will manage installation, qualification (IQ,OQ,PQ), preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs for Bioanalytics systems</li><li>Troubleshoot instrumentation and mechanical systems, assist with resolving IT issues and software updates related to the instruments</li><li>You will produce timely and detailed reports for equipment</li><li>Follow the company’s procedures and policies as well as ISO and GMP standards on customer sites</li><li>You will work closely with other Field Service Engineers and Sales teams, sharing information across the organisation</li><li>Do you enjoy building relationship with customers?
