Sales - IC4 is responsible for executing the origination, structuring and distribution of syndicated bank loans on behalf of the Companys clients and leading deal teams. The incumbent serves as a PS SME in a variety of syndicated loan segments including Investment Grade, Non-Investment Grade, Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate and Asset Based Finance.<ul><li>Initiates, develops and enhances relationships with senior executives at existing clients and targeted prospects, with the objective of enhancing revenue generation and risk-adjusted return on capital for the Company.</li><li>Develops and maintain relationships with participating lenders to ensure adequate market demand for syndicated loans originated by the Company.</li><li>Ensures transaction due diligence by overseeing the underwriting process for potential transactions.</li><li>Partners with Relationship Managers on new business development opportunities related to syndicated bank loans.</li><li>Oversees junior level staff from a financial, operational, competitive and industry perspective.</li><li>Supports management on new business development opportunities related to syndicated bank loans</li></ul>What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
