You will build Cloud-native, AWS-based, greenfield software and will have time and support to invent solutions to a wide variety of user, business, and technical challenges. We have no cut-and-paste roles and neither will your software be of the cut-and-paste (or integrate and configure) variety. We operate a build it and own it culture, and so you will have a DevOps and individual contributor mindset </div><div> </div><div>These will be key hires for back-end building squads and help shape this area of the business for scale and be a key member of a fast-growing global team! </div><div> </div><div><div>EXPERIENCE </div><div><ul><li>Software development in Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin - design, build, and deploy </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Production deployment experience working with AWS </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with automated build and test systems for CI/CD (using Docker, Jenkins, etc) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experienced in true Agile and its engineering practices with a true DevOps mindset </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>EDUCATION </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience. </li></ul></div><div>SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE </div><div><ul><li>Back-end Development with Java or Kotlin </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Fluent in English </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Able to deal with ambiguity and change. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A self-starter whos able to work independently where necessary, without waiting for others.
