Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy<ul><li>Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for Sanofi’s global data platform</li><li>Define the product ecosystem and ensure seamless interaction between components to provide an exceptional user and developer experience</li><li>Establish strategic partnerships across Sanofi, including Digital and Business groups, to drive adoption and alignment.</li><li>Connect business needs with technical capabilities to ensure alignment with organizational goals</li><li>Prioritize initiatives and negotiate trade-offs across diverse stakeholders</li></ul>Execution and Delivery<ul><li>Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and continuous refinement; empowered to make decisions related to product features, backlog prioritization, release planning</li><li>Lead a team of Product Owners and Associates to deliver on the OneMesh vision and roadmap through coordinated release plans</li><li>Assess and improve product management and delivery processes to maximize team efficiency, velocity, and impact</li><li>Partner daily with engineers, data scientists, and scrum masters in an agile pod structure</li><li>Drive launch readiness across cross-functional teams and lead post-launch adoption</li><li>Understand and adjust for nuances and customizations required for technical platform product, including implications of cloud, data, and AI infrastructure, vendor capabilities, and key user needs</li><li>Take ownership of product budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources while achieving product goals</li></ul>User Advocacy and Value<ul><li>Owns the user experience - act as the internal voice of the user, representing data and ML engineers, analysts, data scientists, and more</li><li>Define success metrics (KPIs, business value, technical performance indicators), track outcomes, and continuously improve product value</li><li>Lead change management initiatives, including training programs, user onboarding, and support mechanisms, to enable successful adoption of new data products and features</li><li>Incorporate user feedback to deliver continuous improvements and measurable business value</li><li>Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and executives on product progress, challenges, and decisions.</li></ul>Governance and Compliance<ul><li>Ensure solutions align with best practices in architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (GxP, SOX, data privacy)</li><li>Oversee and facilitate integration across technology products and platforms, ensuring interoperability and consistency within Sanofi’s technology ecosystem</li><li>Maintain operational excellence and resilience at global scale</li></ul>About YouKey Functional Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to seamlessly connect business priorities and technical solutions</li><li>Skilled at prioritizing across competing demands in a complex, multinational environment</li><li>Naturally curious, asking “why” to uncover business needs and “how” to shape effective technical solutions</li><li>Proven experience applying Agile product management practices to drive delivery</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders</li><li>Creative problem-solver who can challenge existing processes and propose innovative approaches</li><li>Hands-on experience managing products for data and/or cloud platforms built for technical users</li><li>Track record guiding large-scale data platform initiatives (data lakes, warehouses, or cloud-native solutions)</li><li>Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmaps, and ensuring execution</li></ul>Key Technical Requirements &amp;
