About the Job

The Global Brand Lead, Sarclisa will lead the development and implementation of the global strategy for Sarclisa in Multiple myeloma and co-lead the strategy of our Multiple myeloma portfolio.

The position will be based in Cambridge, MA and will report to the Global Franchise Head, Oncology.  We are also open to Morristown, NJ as our primary position location.

Main Responsibilities:

Pipeline and Life Cycle Management:

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Program Management and Sarclisa Global teams to lead Life Cycle Strategy aligned with our leadership ambition

  • Ensure Sarclisa is launch ready for all Multiple myeloma indications (1L, High risk smoldering…) and all its formulation especially the sub-cutaneous formulation to be administered with the On-Body Injector.

  • Represent global commercial perspective in LCM and R&D clinical development programs

  • Identify development opportunities to drive commercial strategy, conduct commercial assessments and support the development of business cases for potential development investments

Strategy and Promotional platform:

  • Gain insights from the Top 10 markets and from external stakeholders in order to develop the ambition and the overall value proposition for Sarclisa (short, mid, and long term) as well as required resources

  • Identify and communicate market drivers & barriers, and best practices

  • Develop Sarclisa brand plan and strategy ensuring alignment across key markets

Commercial strategy implementation:

  • Is accountable for the execution of the defined strategy across countries

  • Set ambitious targets and ensure excellence in execution to exceed in-market and financial expectations for Sarclisa in partnership with country teams

  • Build internal and external awareness and impact

  • Contribute to the global Key opinion leader strategy led by medical affairs

  • Engage with external stakeholders on behalf of the Sanofi and Sarclisa/multiple myeloma

  • Contribute to Sarclisa strategic presence in global oncology congresses

Build and develop best in class talents

About You

Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in life sciences, marketing or business is required.

  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred

  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience of combined experience within commercial operations: Sales, Marketing, Sales Analytics, Product/Project management, and/or consulting is required

  • Selected candidate will possess deep expertise within Oncology is required

  • Specific experience within Hematology and Multiple Myeloma is preferred

  • US specific experience is required

  • Global experience is preferred

  • Current or recent launch experience within specialty care is required

  • Strong strategic thinking skills are required. Collaboration, conceptual and innovation skills.

  • Previous experience in collaborating cross-functional groups, made up of the following: Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Finance, Forecasting, etc. 

  • Experience leading without authority within a highly matrixed environment is required

  • Strong project management expertise is critical for this position

  • This position may require up to up to 40% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interacting with HCPs is highly preferred

  • Strong demonstrated network with industry Key-Opinion-Leaders (KOLs) and sales leaders is preferred

The salary range for this position is:

$258,750.00 - $431,250.00
