Ready to get started? Main ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute a Market Research strategy that:<ul><li><ul><li>Defines appropriate methodologies, consistent with business goals and efficiency/cost parameters</li><li>Innovates where marketing teams can leverage insights for decision making</li><li>Informs both high level strategic tradeoffs and operational execution</li><li>Delivers strategic insights, tailored to each specific audience, which empower Sanofi Immunology Dermatology Commercial teams</li></ul></li></ul>Provide strategic guidance and ad-hoc support to the Sanofi Commercial teams, and the I&amp;A organization<ul><li><ul><li>Play an active role in the brand planning process by contributing to the commercial/brand strategy, via grounding it in insights from market research</li><li>Keep up to date with innovative market research methodologies and vendors</li><li>Partner with other support functions (e.g., forecasting, analytics, competitive intelligence, market access) as necessary to provide integrated insights</li><li>Foster strong agency partnerships to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information and research has a seamless process flow</li><li>Specialize across Dermatology and collaborating with Senior Directors/Directors in other TAs for best practice sharing</li><li>Take part in commercial meetings and proactively identify business questions that market research can address</li><li>Present market research insights at Senior Leadership level</li></ul></li></ul>Oversee all market research projects to ensure high quality and validity of research<ul><li><ul><li>Have the confidence and experience to select the best vendor based on the business objectives</li><li>Ensure all projects follow relevant policies, including procurement, SOPs, and industry guidelines such as BHBIA and EphMRA</li><li>Coordinate vendors at each stage of the market research process and provide business/brand knowledge to aid in fieldwork material and report development</li><li>Sign off on final fieldwork materials and final reports, ensuring input from all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Develop engaging insights through innovative deliverables that have a clear call to action for key stakeholders</li></ul></li></ul> About YouEducation Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred</li></ul> Skills and Competencies<ul><li>At least 10 years of experience in biopharma market research and/or relevant agency experience; equivalent combination of education (MA, MS, MBA / PhD); with at least 2 years including Dermatology</li><li>Strong understanding of all types of market research methodologies, with experience of conducting both quantitative and qualitative market research from end-to-end, including strong quantitative analytical skills and data analysis</li><li>Strong strategic thinking ability, with deep understanding of the life-sciences industry</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balance competing priorities, and ensure high quality</li><li>Experience leading and developing high functioning teams</li><li>Experience across global, regional, local roles strongly required</li><li>Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional audits) preferred</li><li>Pre-launch and post-launch Market Research experience strongly required</li><li>Experience working directly within or partnering with related functions including new product planning, marketing, value &amp;
