Position Summary

The Samsung SPG team (Strategic Partnership Group) is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support the Head of the Business Operations and Strategy in planning and organizational design to scale the organization for growth over time. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, quality focused and results driven. This is a highly communicative role that will be frequently working with members of the SPG team to gather updates and information and construct status summaries for leadership audiences.

Role and Responsibilities

Strong, proven business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop clear and concise recommendations
Ability to get buy-in from decision makers
Collaborative partner to business leaders
Ability to implement performance improvement plans
Extremely organized and master of time management

Education/Experience

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communication or operations
Proficiency with Excel and other MS programs

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, is expected to be between $110,000 ~ $125,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
