The Senior Director, Channel Display is responsible for the Channel management and supporting various sales strategies to maintain long-term, trusted partner relationships and to grow sales revenues and expand our IT Channel relationships. The incumbent will lead a team of Leaders and Channel Account Executives to support growth across a broad Display portfolio in the U.S. market.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and execute a comprehensive Channel and Go-to-Market (GTM) sales strategy for long-term growth.</li><li>Lead Channel teams and sales resources to deliver world-class partnerships.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, and implement changes to the channel sales strategy as needed to maintain Samsungs market leadership position.</li><li>Determine appropriate channel partnerships to ensure the team exceeds annual and quarterly IT Channel MP/SP sales targets.</li><li>Develop financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances.</li><li>Negotiate pricing terms and conditions (SPIFF/SPA/Discounts) and demand planning with the Reseller to ensure revenue targets are realized.</li><li>Establish, execute, and track marketing investment programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI on multi-million-dollar investments.</li><li>Drive the business forward and deliver an increase in market share, an increase in revenue, and other specified results.</li></ul>Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors Degree with 14+ years of directly related channel management experience.</li><li>Prior experience leading an IT Channel Partner sales team with solid working knowledge of district channels: National and Regional Solution Providers, Value Added Resellers, Pro A/V, and Systems integrators.</li><li>Proven ability to successfully lead a channel sales team, develop long-term growth strategies, and exceed annual assigned sales targets.</li><li>Understanding of solution selling – specifically around Display and SSD products.</li><li>Strong track record of building collaborative IT channel relationships at executive levels.</li><li>Must have demonstrated project and program management skills.</li></ul>#LI-RL1Life @ Samsung - <a href="https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/" target="_blank">https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/</a>Benefits @ Samsung - <a href="https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/" target="_blank">https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/</a>The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:<ul><li>Colorado: $201,000 to $248,000</li><li>NYC: $230,000 to $284,000</li><li>Washington State: $220,000 to $272,000</li><li>California: $230,000 to $284,000</li><li>New Jersey: $230,000 to $284,000</li></ul>Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.  In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.* Please visit <a href="https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp" target="_blank">Samsung membership</a> to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
