The Sales Manager will be responsible for working alongside our Tier 1 Distribution Partners to optimize how we sell across categories, verticals, and across all lines of business.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive MP and YoY growth in Visual Display category</li><li>Develop a “One Samsung” sales relationship per account</li><li>Work with a team of internal (funded head) resources optimized to sell by category, vertical, and across all lines of business</li><li>Manage best in class supply chain management (SCM) practices including but not limited to CPFR and joint business planning</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Skills and QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Understanding of the principles and application of supply chain management</li><li>Financial acumen including but not limited to P&amp;L management, channel margin, trailing credits, &amp; product lifecycle (PLC) based price management</li><li>Knowledge of/understanding IT categories such as PC, networking, software and services, professional displays, and consumer displays</li><li>Strong analytical skills required</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study preferred.</li><li>6 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in distribution or channel sales.</li><li>Experience in CRM, business analytics, and data mining to develop target accounts</li><li>Experience with various channel routes to market: e-tail, National and Regional Retail, Solution Providers, National Solution Providers, and Integrators</li><li>Experience at a major CE / IT vendor is a plus.</li><li>Supply Chain/Forecasting experience preferred</li><li>2+ years of experience managing D&amp;H is preferred.</li></ul>#LI-RL3NYC ONLYThe salary range for this role, for candidates based in NYC/California, is expected to be between $126,000 and $155,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.* Please visit <a href="https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp" target="_blank">Samsung membership</a> to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
