We are currently looking for a talented, highly motivated Programmatic Deal Desk Manager to support our direct sales team and optimize programmatic advertising performance. As we continue to expand our programmatic business the Deal Desk Manager will play a vital role in driving the success of Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals. This individual will proactively monitor deal performance, troubleshoot advanced programmatic issues, and act as a resource for the Ad Sales team.
With the rapid growth of programmatic activation in Connected TV, the Deal Desk Manager should have should have strong understanding of programmatic advertising, is an expert at operating in SSPs, and has exceptional analytical skills. Additionally, this individual will be the consummate team-player and have the ability to work collaboratively across the sales organization within a fluid and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively monitor PMP and PG deal performance across tech stack
- Analyze deal data to identify trends, troubleshoot under-delivery, and recommend optimizations
- Ensure deals are set up correctly with proper targeting, pricing, inventory, allocation, and creative specifications
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving advanced programmatic issues related to deal execution, delivery discrepancies, or technical errors
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Product, Sales) to address challenges quickly and effectively
- Partner closely with the direct sales team to provide insights into deal performance and recommend strategies for improving outcomes
- Educate sales team members on programmatic best practices, including deal types, targeting options, and troubleshooting processes
- Own regular reporting on PMP/PG deal performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of PMP/PG deals, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers and how they interact within the programmatic ecosystem
- 5-7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media operations, specifically in the CTV landscape
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, targeting, creative specs, etc…
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in SSPs and ad servers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, managing and navigating internal relationships successfully
- Bachelors Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $145,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
