For our business unit IT &amp; Digital we are looking for a committed and motivated person as IT Security Manager (m/f/d) Location: Eschborn (3 days office/ 2 days remote)Role and Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and optimize local IT security processes in alignment with European security guidelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with global policies and manage internal/external audits, checks, and incident response.</li><li>Coordinate local and regional security projects while collaborating with stakeholders across various departments (Legal, Workers Council, Management).</li><li>Assess new business partners and IT solutions from a security standpoint.</li><li>Monitor and manage local IT security operations and infrastructure.</li><li>Keep up with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and best practices to proactively improve our defense strategies.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>University Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, IT Security, or related fields.</li><li>Multiple years of relevant experience in IT/Security auditing, consulting, or system management – ideally in an international environment</li><li>Languages: Fluency in English, very good German and/or Korean </li><li>At least one certification of CISSP, CISA, or CISM</li><li>Expertise in: ISO 27001, GDPR &amp; common cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, incident response, forensics, Network, system, server &amp; cloud security, Documenting and data handling (Excel)</li><li>Strong communicator who can translate technical risks to non-experts</li><li>Structured and decisive, with a solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations</li><li>Mindset: Hands-on, self-driven, and team-oriented</li><li>Comfortable in multicultural settings</li><li>Willing to travel occasionally</li></ul>* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: <a href="https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy" target="_blank">https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy</a>.
