Role and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the Web & Customer Analytics team, consisting of business analysts and other XFN professionals.
Build and manage a robust analytics framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) including Renewal rate, and Gross and Net Retention rates by product and customer segment, ARR, and customer churn and expansion analysis.
Drive the development of consumer insights and analytical capabilities to inform strategic decisions across web, product, Customer Intelligence, sales, and product teams.
Oversee A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize CEJ.
Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute the analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Continuous Optimization: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance measurement processes.
Background & Competencies Required:
10+ years of related experience in one or more of the functional areas: Digital & Customer analytics, with at least 4 years managing MTA and MMM measurement frameworks
Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well verse with Adobe analytics/Firebase
Master’s degree in Business, Data Science or a related field
7+ years’ experience in ecommerce or consumer electronics industry or management consulting
Hands on experience in building Customer Segmentation models (K-Means, RFM, Behavioral, Geographics Segmentation etc.)
Proficiency developing custom reports, advanced segments, and complex goals, and interpreting and presenting findings
Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using excel, tableau preferred
Hands-on experience with attribution tools (e.g., Google Attribution, Adobe Analytics etc.).
Prior experience leading small teams with the ability to engage and develop talent
Exceptional communication skills with ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships at all levels of the organization
Structured and process-oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach
Ability to operate seamlessly in a matrix organization and manage stakeholder across multiple lines of businesses
Oversee the creation of data models and advanced analytical solutions to extract actionable insights from customer and market data.
Design, implement, and optimize business intelligence frameworks to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (Python, SQL,Big Query) to large datasets to uncover consumer trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on customer behaviors, segmentation, lifetime value, and other business-critical metrics.
Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations (WBR,MBR,QBR).
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of consumer data, implementing best practices in data governance and security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science, analytics, and business intelligence to bring innovative solutions to the business.
Cross-Functional: Work closely with CX, UX, product and data engineering teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across all web activities.
Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods, such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample size calculation, regression analysis & Bayesian Models

The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $265,500 and $294,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
