The ideal candidate will have deep experience in channel sales and partner management, a strong understanding of the CDW ecosystem, and a proven ability to drive exponential growth through joint go-to-market strategies, executive alignment, and operational excellence.    Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Account Leadership:  Serve as the primary executive contact and strategic leader for the CDW partnership.</li><li>Sales Management:  Lead a sales team and grow the revenue of our B2B display portfolio, including digital signage, LED, desktop monitors, HTV, and software and solutions.</li><li>Revenue Growth:  Own and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the CDW account through effective sales planning, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.</li><li>Partner Development:  Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at CDW, including executive leadership, sales leaders, and category managers.</li><li>Joint Business Planning:  Develop and execute annual business plans with CDW that align with Samsung’s sales priorities, product launches, and marketing strategies.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Partner closely with Samsung product teams, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to support CDW with the tools, training, and programs needed to succeed.</li><li>Program Execution:  Drive execution of joint marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and enablement programs to increase Samsungs share of wallet at CDW.</li><li>Data &amp; Reporting:  Analyze sell-through performance, identify gaps or opportunities, and use data-driven insights to align strategy and execution.</li><li>Field Engagement:  Oversee alignment between Samsung and CDW field sales teams across regions to drive co-selling initiatives and end-user engagement.</li></ul>Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience in the B2B channel preferred.</li><li>Deep understanding of the CDW business model, sales motion, and culture is highly preferred. </li><li>Proven track record of managing channel partner relationships and delivering revenue growth.</li><li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and executing through indirect sales.</li><li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills.</li><li>Experience using CRM software (SalesForce.com preferred).</li><li>Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 50% of the time).</li></ul>#LI-RL1Life @ Samsung - <a href="https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/" target="_blank">https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/</a>Benefits @ Samsung - <a href="https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/" target="_blank">https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/</a>The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:<ul><li>Colorado: $186,000 to $196,000</li><li>NYC: $212,500 to $224,000</li><li>Washington State: $203,500 to $214,500</li><li>California: $212,500 to $224,000</li><li>New Jersey: $168,000 to $177,500</li></ul>Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.  In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.* Please visit <a href="https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp" target="_blank">Samsung membership</a> to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
