Now with 88 million monthly active users and an over 50% increase in global viewership YoY, Samsung TV Plus’ audience scale and engagement make it the #1 app in the U.S. on the #1 TV brand.We are currently looking for a talented Agency Programmatic Partnerships Manager who can advise on how to improve and strengthen programmatic connections between Samsung’s advertising stack and agency holding company’s programmatic platforms. Agencies are innovating in the way they access partner’s inventory programmatically and Samsung Ads is at the leading edge. This person will have an innate knack for finding new opportunities to better collaborate with agencies on premium streaming video inventory.This individual must be able to think strategically, uncover and respond to evolving market dynamics, identify and rally the organization to troubleshoot issues with agency partner integrations.Additionally, this Agency Programmatic Partnerships Manager will be the consummate team-player and have the ability to work collaboratively across the sales organization within a fluid and fast-paced environment.This position is based in New York, NY with domestic US travel as needed. If youre interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising sales organization with a relentless focus on data and customer experience, youve come to the right place.  RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Partner with major agency holding companies to understand and deliver on their programmatic business needs to further our holistic partners</li><li>Team up with our ad server and SSP partners to enable agency partnerships</li><li>Collaborate internally with our Agency Development and sales teams as a consultant for various platforms and integrations</li><li>Develop workflows and processes to ensure operational excellence for agency programmatic activations</li><li>Collaborate with Samsung Ads Product &amp; Engineering team when development is required to enhance agency connections</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues within SSPs and ad serving platforms</li><li>Constantly investigate how to make agency connections stronger and more efficient</li><li>Identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations on enhancements </li><li>Clearly communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, specifically around streaming TV/video and how agency holding companies participate</li><li>6-12+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at a video publisher, SSP, ad server, or DSP</li><li>Comfortable building out technical integrations between publisher and agency ad platform</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting programmatic connections with agencies</li><li>Comfortable interacting with large data sets, identifying patterns and trends to action off of</li><li>Extensive experience in being hands-on keyboard in various SSPs</li></ul>Skills and QualificationsThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $170,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.#LI-DNI* Please visit <a href="https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp" target="_blank">Samsung membership</a> to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
