This role focuses on developing strong dealer relationships, executing brand strategies, and ensuring optimal product placement and training for both Samsung and Dacor, Samsung’s luxury appliance line.The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a passion for premium consumer electronics and home appliances, capable of combining data-driven insights with field-level execution.<div></div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Territory Management: Manage and grow sales across assigned independent dealers and regional retail partners throughout the Bay Area.</li><li>Sales Growth &amp; Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for both Samsung and Dacor product lines, emphasizing profitability and market share expansion.</li><li>Dealer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer and distributor levels, including owners, buyers, and sales associates.</li><li>Product &amp; Program Execution: Ensure full implementation of promotional programs, new model launches, and display initiatives across all retail partners.</li><li>Luxury Channel Leadership (Dacor): Drive sell-through and showroom presence for Dacor appliances; coordinate with design studios, builders, and premium appliance dealers.</li><li>Training &amp; Advocacy: Conduct regular in-store product trainings, both group and one-on-one, to strengthen sales associates’ product knowledge and advocacy for the brands.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, dealer inventory, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and leadership reporting.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure flawless program execution and alignment with corporate goals.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li><h3>Experience: Minimum 5 years of field sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or luxury goods.</h3></li><li>Experience working with independent retailers and distributors strongly preferred.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies</li><li>High level of organization and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Must reside within or near the Bay Area territory</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Willingness to travel within territory (up to 60%)</li></ul>#LI-AL1Life @ Samsung - <a href="https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/" target="_blank">https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/</a>Benefits @ Samsung - <a href="https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/" target="_blank">https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/</a>The salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,500 and $161,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
