As a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager I for Emerging Products, you’ll design and run programs that generate and accelerate demand for our newest offerings across both prospects and customers, partnering closely with Sales, PMM, Customer Success, and Digital teams to deliver high-quality, measurable outcomes. You’ll join an entrepreneurial team operating with high ownership, fast iteration, and visible impact. You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that will encourage you to do your best. </li> </ul> In this role, you will:  <ul> <li>Own the demand generation strategy for new offerings and support the business in hitting key commercial milestones.</li> <li>Drive pipeline and revenue by designing and launching multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, direct mail and more, with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, PMM, Customer Success, and channel owners to plan and execute integrated motions across the customer lifecycle.</li> <li>Pilot and scale new motions/channels to unlock efficient growth, using insights from data analysis to inform our experimentation strategy.</li> <li>Define test plans, instrumentation, and reporting cadences to create best-in-class prospect and customer experiences</li> <li>Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.</li> </ul> Minimum requirements for the role: <ul> <li>5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.</li> <li>Experienced at leveraging AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns, build agentic workflows, and boost productivity.</li> <li>Proven track record in building multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.</li> <li>Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo or equivalent; Salesforce).</li> <li>Strong analytical rigor; skilled at experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.</li> <li>High ownership, bias to action, and accountability in fast-moving environments.</li> <li>BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> An ideal candidate also: <ul> <li>Blends analytical depth with creative execution; expert in B2B tech marketing and growth levers.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python (or equivalent) for analysis and experimentation.</li> <li>Background in management consulting, analytics, or similar problem-solving roles.</li> <li>Strong writing skills with experience creating content for emails, webinars, webpages, or blogs.</li> <li>Thrives in 0→1 environments; comfortable operating in a startup-within-an-enterprise context.</li> <li>Experience with Databricks (or similar data platforms) and advanced Salesforce usage.</li> </ul><div><div><div>Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market.</div><div>The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below.
