As we continue to launch new solutions to our customers, we need dedicated enablement support to empower our sellers to deliver added value to our end customers in order to meet and beat revenue expectations. We help each other out by sharing best practices and focusing on winning as a team.</li> </ul> In this role, you will:  <ul> <li>Lead GTM enablement programs for Samsara’s product solutions with an emphasis on competitors, industries and buyer personas.</li> <li>Support company-wide change management initiatives for sellers to increase productivity throughout the sales cycle.</li> <li>Maintain full end-to-end ownership of solution-based training strategy and enablement materials, including facilitating instructor lead training, developing AE-facing resources, and leveraging internal tools and technology.</li> <li>Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.</li> </ul> Minimum requirements for the role: <ul> <li>2+ years of GTM enablement experience for a multi-product technology company. </li> <li>Established expertise in customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with an emphasis on company differentiation. </li> <li>Demonstrated experience creating &amp; maintaining sales-facing enablement resources. </li> <li>Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy to drive effective product and feature rollouts. </li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.</li> <li>Location: Remote - North America (US, CAN, MX).</li> </ul> An ideal candidate also has: <ul> <li>Background in sales, CS or product marketing.</li> <li>Experience enabling sales on tools such as Gong or Gong Engage.</li> <li>Direct experience with Lessonly (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira (Project Management).</li> <li>Multi-Lingual: Ability to create/translate learning content.
