We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team to build and own the platform on our mobile products: Samsara Driver and Samsara Fleet. These products support our customers across their entire organization and power their most critical tasks, helping frontline workers and administrators be more efficient when they’re on the go. Over the next few years, we’ll be rapidly adding new unique experiences and products to our portfolio, which means that our mobile products will become even more critical and need to expand to support millions of users. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of new products and features that delight our customers and further Samsara’s vision. We use React Native, Typescript, Redux, and GraphQL for our mobile apps, Golang for our backend, and C and Golang for our firmware. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Canada. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market.</div><div>The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below.
