As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.</div>About the role: This is a dynamic, high energy role in which you will bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsaras business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers. Typical sales will be $10k to $100k, and involve technical POCs, multiple stakeholders, managing trials, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs. This is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week in our Amsterdam office and 3 days working remotely. This position requires travel inside the Benelux up to 20% of the time. Our customers value earned trust and human relationships built over time.</li> <li>You want to be with the best: Samsara’s high-performance Sales culture means you’ll be surrounded by the best and challenged to go farther than you have before. </li> </ul> In this role, you will:  <ul> <li>Play a central part of Samsara’s growth within EMEA, bringing our software, hardware, cloud and AI offering to new customers within the Benelux region</li> <li>Work on strategic account mapping &amp; outbound prospecting to grow your pipeline</li> <li>Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting, qualification to close</li> <li>Work collaboratively with a team of internal ADRs</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to remove deal blockers such as marketing, legal, sales engineering and deal desk</li> <li>Become a product expert and learn the Samsara way of selling</li> <li>Have the opportunity to participate in trade shows and events to represent the Samsara brand and connect with prospective customers and partners</li> <li>Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices</li> </ul> Minimum requirements for the role: <ul> <li>18+ months experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role</li> <li>Experience independently closing new deals larger than €10k+ in ARR (annual recurring revenue)</li> <li>Strong out-bounding / prospection / cold-calling skills</li> <li>Fully fluent in Dutch language</li> </ul> An ideal candidate also has: <ul> <li>Proven track record of consistent quota achievement</li> <li>Experience selling in the Mid-Market space (medium to large deals sizes)</li> <li>Experience with high-volume cold calling</li> <li>Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates and in your selling process</li> <li>SFDC familiarity</li> <li>MEDDIC experience</li> </ul><div>At Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of their background.
