Our teams’ mandate is to increase revenue growth through the sales performance and efficiency of our Sales teams. We help each other out by sharing best practices and focusing on winning as a team.</li> </ul> In this role, you will:  <ul> <li>Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks.</li> <li>Develop and drive high-visibility initiatives to help scale performance and productivity to achieve sales growth targets</li> <li>Analyze and diagnose sales team performance and own analytical models and sources of insights (performance forecasting, productivity models, etc)</li> <li>Support ongoing business activities and development of executive materials (memos, slides, business reviews, and executive presentations)</li> <li>Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks</li> <li>Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices</li> </ul> Minimum requirements for the role: <ul> <li>4-7 years of work experience in a management consulting firm and/or as a Sales Operations / Business Operations or Financial Analyst.</li> <li>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.</li> <li>Advanced decision-making, analytical, and logical reasoning skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly.</li> <li>Kind and collaborative orientation who is energized by working with a lot of different types of people from many teams (sense of humor is a big plus)</li> <li>Deep comfort with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Databricks) and/or willingness to expand skill set to tackle new problems </li> <li>Experience working with sales leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Comfortable with ambiguity and enthusiastic about improving efficiencies to increase sales</li> <li>Fully fluent in English </li> </ul> An ideal candidate also has: <ul> <li>Insatiable drive and commitment to personal growth</li> <li>High level of intellectual curiosity and honesty because we love to debate ideas.
