Review, design, and execute improvements to the Partner organization structure.Who you are:<ul><li>Experience managing critical sales and partner processes for a business of comparable scope and scale, including pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and partner programs.</li><li>Creativity and practicality in developing actionable recommendations and programs.</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Tableau preferred.</li><li>Expertise in Excel, with programming experience being a plus.</li><li>Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to present ideas to executive audiences and manage upwards effectively.</li><li>Advanced time management skills, including experience planning and leading strategic initiatives and program management.</li><li>Degree from university, preferably in an analytical discipline such as engineering, computer science, economics, etc. Or 5+ years of equivalent working experience.</li><li>5+ years of work experience in sales and marketing or project management, or new business development is a plus</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and direct multiple teams and departments.</li><li>Fluent Korean ＆ English</li><li>Fluency in Japanese is plus</li></ul>About Sales Strategy: A team comprised largely of ex-management consultants acts as the company’s internal consulting arm for the sales organization.
