The focus would also be to drive innovation of our digital experiences globally, leveraging best-in-class technology and systems. This role encompasses architecture, design, implementation, and testing to ensure we build products right and release them with high quality. You will be working with a group of world-class engineers to build the breakthrough features our customers will love, adopt and use while keeping our trusted platform stable and scalable. The successful candidate will have:<ul><li>Deep and proven experience within the marketing technologies domain, with focus on areas like content management, classification and taxonomy, Customer Identity experiences</li><li>Track record of delivering transformative solutions across complex platform ecosystems.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain APIs and services that is core to Salesforces identity platform Trailblazer Identity, and leveraged by <a href="http://www.salesforce.com/" target="_blank">www.salesforce.com</a> and website experiences on the Salesforce digital platform</li><li>Design, implement, test, and deliver scalable, extensible, maintainable and observable services</li><li>Operate effectively in an Agile and DevOps environment where engineers are expected to be able to design and execute the necessary work to ensure quality in their code as well as other engineers</li><li>Work closely with a team of engineers, product managers, and architects to build new features our internal customers will adopt while keeping our trusted platform stable and scalable</li><li>Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services</li><li>Proficient in modern software architectural principles and patterns (Domain-driven design, REST, GraphQL etc)</li><li>Experience delivering distributed systems and high-scale microservices on AWS</li><li>Experience with serverless architecture (AWS components like Lambda , API Gateway, DynamoDB , AppSync, OpenSearch, ElastiCache etc)</li><li>Experience developing front-end and back-end software, preferably including JavaScript or TypeScript and runtimes, including Node.js.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience working with authentication and authorization protocols/frameworks (OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML etc.)</li><li>Experience working with authentication and authorization protocols/frameworks (OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML etc.)</li><li>Experience in working with AI models and integration with LLM gateways</li><li>Experience in test-driven development and testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, and other related test frameworks a plus).</li><li>Experience in Service orchestration using tools like Terraform (preferred)</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
