The right candidate will have in-depth experience building Data Management, BI and AI analytics platform capabilities using metadata driven system, configuration based extensibility across UI, analytics and integration layers, integrating data in heterogeneous application landscapes with use of APIs &amp; connectors and domain expertise with Salesforce or equivalent CRM or Marketing solutions. Experience with big data technologies, analytic platforms or applications built for high scale and performance is a big plus. Responsibilities:<ul><li>As the Senior Product leader for Data Cloud connectivity team, develop a comprehensive and forward looking strategy and lead the execution of Data Cloud connectivity capabilities including the framework and connectors.</li><li>Own the data ingestion capabilities for structured, semi-structured and unstructured data to drive data gravity in Salesforce Data Cloud and enable downstream scenarios such as harmonization, AI-driven insights and activation into both 1st party and 3rd party ecosystems to benefit Salesforce Clouds and our customers at large.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with, and drive necessary platform requirements and dependencies with team members across engineering, cross-functional partners and partner teams that contribute to and use our connectivity ecosystem.</li><li>Deliver resources to support adoption through various channels, training, trailhead, blogs, open source and internal proof of concepts.</li><li>Engage with customers, field and customer success teams to drive customer-first experiences, get customer and research validation to help inform our roadmap, drive clarity and alignment.</li><li>Balance product vision &amp; roadmap with partner and customer feedback, competitive analysis, prioritizing across a diverse set of inputs and constituents.</li><li>Be highly data-driven, and drive metrics and KPI for adoption and growth.</li><li>Deliver capabilities aligned with companys and product groups business strategy and priorities.</li></ul> Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>8+ years of Product Management experience building and delivering core product / platform features.</li><li>Expertise in leading highly technical, multi-workstream product launches; experience with distributed systems or data-intensive / infrastructure products is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proven track record to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete a plan.</li><li>Willingness to engage deeply with engineering, solution engineers and customers is a must.</li><li>Experience building and working with product technology in at least one of the following areas: data connectivity, data integration, DMP, Data Warehouse and proven understanding of cloud services.</li><li>Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.</li><li>Prior experience in building &amp; delivering a product in a matrixed organization.</li><li>BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.</li></ul>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
