They play a key role in ensuring the Salesforce brand is differentiated, strategically sound and beautifully crafted. This involves designing marketing materials, brand identity solutions, presentations, event and experiential creative and brand guidelines, among other things. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging aligned with Salesforces brand strategy.   Responsibilities:Design Development: Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering exceptionally well crafted creative across a wide range of touchpoints including marketing materials, brand identity, digital and social, events and experiential.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, creative, production, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging. Staying Current: Leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling. Project Ownership: Overseeing multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Presentation and Creative Reviews:Experienced developing and presenting / discussing creative and the narrative /  strategy behind the work with a group of creatives and leadership. Able to keep track of complex notes and feedback and ensure efficient and accurate progress. Culture building: Foster and grow brand design culture through enabling world-class design.Design Systems and tools: Develop and evolve Salesforce design toolkits and systems to maintain high design standards and enable consistency across multiple teams.  Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years experience in design, developing world-class consumer brand solutions. Global experience a plus.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of experience in brand design, visual design.
