We are a collection of creative visionaries,craftspeople, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work. About the role As a global, internal creative agency, we have been building a scalable content production studio of our dreams - where production design can be centralized, ad hoc creative projects can be delivered, and our tools and systems operationalized. The foundation of this team is to allow our incredibly talented creative thinkers to focus on what they do best, while ensuring that the work is delivered on time and on brand, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.As the Senior Production Designer, you will be responsible for working closely with the Studio Manager and the project manager to intake project requests as they come in from HQ in Slack Lists. You will be a hands-on, pixel perfect craftsman, able to take an approved concept and confidently build it out in various sizes and media with a strong aesthetic POV, building those files to final production specifications. Types of work coming through will be mechanical production for our global events, digital design and production for demand gen campaigns including emails, banners, social, presentation design, infographic design, photoshop compositing.This is generally not a design-focused role, you will be spending most of your time building and making, taking existing concepts and creating them for final production based on where they are being delivered. That said you will have some design opportunities come your way and need to build with a strong design aesthetic. Please have a portfolio that shows the work you’ve been directly involved in and what your role was in those projects. What you will do <ul><li>Work closely with project managers and project requestors to understand the project scope and proactively ask pertinent questions when needed. </li><li>Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, across a range of media formats.</li><li>Ability to take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic.</li><li>Expert understanding of Salesforce guidelines</li><li>Take on multiple projects at one time</li><li>Highly proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering on deadlines </li><li>Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM</li></ul>What experience you have <ul><li>BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field </li><li>Extensive experience in design, production or related field </li><li>Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency environment</li><li>Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital &amp; print formats</li><li>Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English. </li><li>8 years of industry or related creative experience </li><li>Expert knowledge of creative process and all digital creative software tools</li></ul>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
