The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational rigor, demonstrating the ability to assess monetization frameworks and business models with the discipline to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiatives<ul><li>Collaborate with 20+ Pricing Strategists to refine monetization strategies by providing a cross-cloud perspective and customer insights</li><li>Institutionalize strategic frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to ensure operational consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the monetization function and key cross-functional partners </li></ul>Operational Excellence &amp; Governance<ul><li>Lead and coordinate the new product proposal process for Pricing Strategists, driving deliverables, tracking timelines and milestones, and serving as primary point of contact for executive approvals and project prioritization</li><li>Proactively drive process improvements based on direct and indirect feedback from executives, internal team, and cross functional partners</li></ul>Executive Communication &amp; Influence<ul><li>Lead internal team communications to maintain alignment on priorities, process updates and review timelines</li><li>Partner with Product executive leadership on a recurring basis to ensure strategic priorities are applied to new product launches </li><li>Drive executive communications to leadership stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project status, recommendations, roadblocks and approval path. Effectively communicate recommendations to gain alignment on pricing proposals</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of working experience, with 2+ years of SaaS pricing or strategy experience</li><li>Prior management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, pricing/product strategy or product management experience</li><li>Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with and influence the decisions of different levels of management</li><li>Intellectually curious, creative strategic business thinker who loves to tackle complex challenges</li><li>Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the process</li><li>Experience managing and running concurrent projects with complex stakeholder dynamics</li><li>Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
