The team is in existence for over 10 years, continuing to evolve and expanding into Agentforce technologies. We are a global team with full time employees in AMER and contractors covering APAC timezone.What are the selling points of the team? <ul><li>Being able to work in World class Salesforce Orgs - that service External and Agentforce experience on Help portal in salesforce echo system</li><li>Customer Zero - we engage and partner with T&amp;P in leveraging the beta products before made generally available</li><li>Be able to be part of and manage some of the best Salesforce implementations in the Salesforce echo system</li><li>The role forces individuals to think holistically and at scale at every single step, thus preparing for excellence into future</li><li>Inter-dependencies: Who will this person interact with in terms of internal and external groups? What Departments will they support</li><li>Interact with internal engineering teams in DET, Business and T&amp;P across multiple timezones.</li></ul>What does success look like for the new hire in the first 60-90 days?<ul><li>Getting up to speed on internal processes related to code development, review, release and deployment.</li><li>Understanding how Agentforce is implemented and contributing to team in building/configuring new features.</li><li>Contributing to test automation strategy as required.</li><li>Be the early explorer of new features launched by T&amp;P and implement them for the Help Portal team</li><li>Working closely with Enterprise Architecture team to get alignment on design and approvals from EARB, security, legal, etc</li></ul>Must haves: <ul><li>Overall at least 12 years development experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce</li><li>1 year working experience or familiarity with Prompt engineering</li><li>Experience working with Apex, Experience cloud, Service Cloud, Javascript, Integration using Mulesoft and with SF to SF using APIs</li><li>Bachelors or Masters equivalent in degree in Computer Science.</li><li>Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience building scalable, maintainable systems. </li><li>Object Oriented Programming concepts</li><li>Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.</li><li>Experience with test automation using test-frameworks</li><li>Drive improvements in CI / CD pipeline</li><li>Drive high bar for Observability / Monitoring for existing and any new feature launches</li></ul>Nice to have: <ul><li>Advanced experience in Go, with hands-on knowledge of go-chi for routing and gomega for testing </li><li>Proficiency with Heroku and its ecosystem of add-ons such as Heroku Connect, NGINX, and Redis is essential. </li><li>Comfortable working with Docker, including building and managing Dockerfiles and Docker Compose YAML configurations</li><li>Experience with code reusability, scalable solution and design patterns</li><li>Ability to lead projects and mentor developers in best practices.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting full service stack, end-to-end ownership</li><li>Worked on customer facing applications with high traffic volume</li><li>Present the designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others</li><li>Good knowledge of automation testing frameworks</li><li>Certifications on Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer, Agentforce</li><li>Exposure to test automation using Agent Test Framework</li></ul>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
