With your technical and sales skills, youll present our product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology infrastructure.The Account Solution Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer’s transformational journey.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.</li><li>Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges.</li><li>Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions.</li><li>Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, build and present customized demos of Salesforce products including solution concepts to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value.</li><li>Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position.</li><li>Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.</li><li>Respond efficiently to RFPs.</li><li>Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.</li><li>Have a strong curiosity about growing your career and participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years combined experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions</li><li>3+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or customer success for an enterprise software solution organization. </li><li>2+ years working with Public Sector agencies</li><li>Salesforce, or other, certifications related to Artificial Intelligence, specifically generative AI and LLM concepts</li><li>Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.</li><li>Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies, enterprise consulting and delivering increased success to their customers.</li><li>Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.</li><li>Ability to work individually and as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energizing environments.</li><li>Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.</li><li>Loves to be the first to know something and to understand why and how things happen.</li><li>Good at searching out information, experimenting, and tackle puzzles.</li><li>Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention.</li><li>Willing and able to travel occasionally.</li><li>Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, insurance industry and/or financial services experience, etc.).</li><li>Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform App Builder) and consulting experience are strongly recommended</li></ul>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
