This individual will have responsibility for assisting with incoming customer inquires, assigned accounts and renewals. The Business Consultant will have a track record in translating complex technical issues into tangible solutions. Collaboration with our customers and aligned Account teams is a primary responsibility, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Heroku.
