Building, scaling, and maintaining a robust content platform on Docusaurus requires a strong blend of front-end, back-end, and DevOps skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL, with a proven ability to manage complex front-end components, optimize build processes and git-based systems for large content sets with multiple contributors, and contribute to a robust, performant, and user-friendly experience. This position is on our internal content platform scrum team, which delivers an enterprise-class documentation infrastructure for Salesforce engineers and product leaders to document key features of their services. This documentation is critical both for other Salesforce engineers and for digital agents to build, operate, and support Hyperforce—our foundational cloud architecture. As a key engineering partner, you will be responsible for helping to architect, build, test, maintain, support, and expand the front-end components, build pipelines, and content services for our Docusaurus-powered documentation platform. You will also play a critical role in our AI-driven documentation experience, optimizing the content development lifecycle to be responsive to digital agent feedback. You will collaborate in a dynamic environment with other engineers, designers, product managers, technical writers, technical program managers, and more to ensure seamless integration and a consistent user experience.
