Your Impact The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our customers, building robust relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, with a focus on a set of existing German enterprise HLS accounts (MedTech or Pharma). As a Senior Account Executive you will communicate the benefits of the entire Salesforce Customer 360 product suite, craft and deliver a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business goals to foster their growth, and navigate the full sales cycle by leveraging various resources to support deal closure. Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsibility for a set of existing high-caliber clients within the HLS Sector</li><li>Orchestrating an account team within a complex matrix organization to drive a long-term strategy to transform the digitalization of our customers</li><li>Engagements with C-Level decision makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data</li><li>Coordinate internal Salesforce resources such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy</li></ul>  Your Qualifications<ul><li>Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level of HLS clients</li><li>Strong POV of industry trends and ability to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Healthcare / Life Sciences sector</li><li>Experience in defining an Account Strategy and Execution Plan for a set of top tier accounts</li><li>Strong experience in selling as a team as part of a matrix organization and aligning with the account team to support the customers success</li><li>Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals</li><li>Fluency in German and English.
