This director will oversee multiple scrum teams delivering MissionForce proprietary applications for the Public Sector.In this technical leadership role, you will develop and architect solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud serving the Department of Defense, Federal agencies, and the Intelligence Community.You will work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Public Sector Solutions while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, and other government security requirements. Experience</h2><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred</li><li>10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles managing engineering teams</li><li>8+ years of hands-on software development experience with enterprise-scale applications</li><li>5+ years of experience building applications on the Salesforce platform, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components</li><li>5+ years of experience leading development of SaaS applications in production environments</li><li>Proven track record leading engineering teams of 15+ professionals</li><li>Preferred: 3+ years working with government agencies or federal contractors</li></ul>Leadership Competencies<ul><li>Demonstrated success building and scaling distributed engineering teams across multiple locations</li><li>Experience managing complex, multi-year platform development initiatives</li><li>Track record of successful Salesforce implementations or migrations at enterprise scale</li><li>Proven ability to build applications from concept to production deployment</li><li>Excellence in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills across public and private sectors</li></ul>Technical Competencies<ul><li>Salesforce Platform: Expert-level Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, Process Builder</li><li>Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture</li><li>Development Tools: Salesforce DX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, test automation</li><li>Performance: Governor limits optimization, query optimization, bulk processing</li><li>Security: Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, field-level security</li></ul>Citizenship &amp;
