Youll translate these nuanced needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and solution designs, building strong relationships as their primary technical advisor and leading technical discussions.</li><li>Conduct Deep-Dive Technical Debugging and Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for complex system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors to optimize performance, ensure reliability, and prevent recurrence of issues.</li><li>Lead Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: Quickly develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products, often coding alongside client teams to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback for iterative refinement, setting the pace for rapid delivery.</li><li>Implement and Enforce Best Practices: Directly apply and evangelize engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions, serving as a technical role model.  </li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment</li><li>Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, applying advanced AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), prompt engineering techniques, and experience with agentic frameworks</li><li>Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with demonstrable proficiency in enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)</li><li>Demonstrated entrepreneurship, a get-things-done attitude, and a focus on fast, impactful delivery, with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives</li><li>Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Proven ability to lead technical engagements, mentor junior team members, and oversee technical aspects of projects</li><li>Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites  </li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience developing and deploying conversational AI solutions within highly regulated industries</li><li>Expert-level experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages in a professional setting</li><li>Prior experience in a customer-facing, hands-on technical lead or architect role</li><li>Advanced Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)</li><li>Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds)</li><li>Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including complex custom development</li><li>Experience contributing to open-source AI frameworks or libraries</li><li>Experience with Salesforce preferred, not required</li></ul>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
