The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce development skills with an innovative approach to AI-driven automation, enabling intelligent workflows and enhanced user experiences.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Salesforce Development:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations.</li><li>Build and optimize Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud features to support AI-driven processes.</li><li>Create scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions in line with Salesforce best practices.</li></ul>AI Enablement &amp; Implementation:<ul><li>Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein features, including predictive analytics, bots, and recommendations.</li><li>Design and deploy Agentforce agents for autonomous workflows, intent design, and natural language interactions.</li><li>Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering for enhanced AI responses.</li><li>Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality datasets for AI models.</li></ul>Solution Architecture &amp; Collaboration:<ul><li>Translate business requirements into technical designs with AI-first thinking.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, admins, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions.</li><li>Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards.</li></ul>Testing &amp; Deployment:<ul><li>Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).</li><li>Deploy solutions via Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.).</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with Salesforce Platform Developer I &amp; II certifications preferred.</li><li>Proven experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.</li><li>Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Einstein AI (Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, Prediction Builder, Einstein for Sales / Service).</li><li>Working knowledge of Agentforce setup, intent design, and autonomous workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with Data Cloud and AI-related data preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in agile teams.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integrations in Salesforce.</li><li>Prior experience in Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare AI implementations.</li><li>Salesforce certified Agentforce Specialist</li><li>Salesforce certified Data cloud Consultant</li></ul></div>Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
