You collaborate effectively within a team structure and can take on tasks independently, following them through to completion. </div><div>What You’ll Do: </div><div>Expert Services Senior Consultants at SailPoint begin their career with product training, where they leverage their experience to gain a deep understanding of our SaaS and/or Software solutions. Within a month or two, Senior Consultants begin working on service requests to assist customers with troubleshooting basic configuration issues, assisting with connectivity to customer environments, and implementing common application connectors, while continuing to learn about more complex SailPoint feature configuration, and solution design. Within six months, Senior Consultants will be implementing more complex solutions with the guidance of a Solution Architect and independently providing guidance to their customers on best practices. At the end of the first year, Senior Consultants will work on projects ranging from troubleshooting complex feature configuration to application integration with varying complexity. They will operate largely independently delivering on customer services requests, providing troubleshooting assistance, consulting on best practices, and delivering small application integration projects with the support of a Solution Architect as needed. Additionally, Senior Consultants will be expected to mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, leading by example to perform their jobs at the highest level. </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Work directly and independently with customers on the integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of SailPoint software and/or SaaS solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist partner and customer implementation teams with troubleshooting configuration issues and provide consultative advice around configuration best practices. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Configure SailPoint solutions and begin to contribute to solution definition. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deliver technical training designed to enable and educate SailPoint customers and implementation partners. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build rules and transforms to meet customer specific uses cases, and evaluate rules built by customers and partners. </li></ul></div><div>Requirements: </div><div><ul><li>5+ years of professional work experience as part of a technology company with at least 2 years of customer facing experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Linux platforms </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Database Knowledge in one or more of the following: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with networking principles: SSL/TLS/HTTPS, Certificate Management, Basic TCP/IP troubleshooting </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience reading and writing any of the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript/TypeScript, JSP/Servlets, Linux/Unix, SQL, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, C#, C++. </li></ul></div><div>Preferred: </div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with any of the following web technologies: SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, RESTFull APIs </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with a project team that has deadlines and regular internal team and customer meetings </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with quality assurance duties (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Security software or IT audit experience </li></ul></div><div>Education: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science or Engineering degree a plus). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>J2EE certification is a plus </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>SailPoint Certified Engineer is a plus and is expected within 12 months of hire </li></ul></div><div>Travel: </div><div><ul><li>This position requires up to 15% travel </li></ul></div><div>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
