What you’d be doing: <ul> <li>Consistently complete thorough and accurate property reinspections within designated cycle times within assigned geographic locations, while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.</li> <li>Analyze repair estimates and ensure they are aligned with our estimating guidelines, and the scope of damage and material selection.</li> <li>Conduct on-site reinspections as needed to verify the extent of damage versus the estimate prepared by a staff adjuster, third party adjuster or direct repair vendor.</li> <li>Stay current on relevant building codes, construction/remediation methodologies, regulatory obligations, and emerging trends in property damage assessment.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing reinspection data and recommending process and training enhancements.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing and sharing reinspection findings to identify trends and potential opportunities.</li> <li>Support catastrophe response as needed including</li> </ul> We’re looking for someone who has: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree</li> <li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in property and casualty field claims handling.</li> <li>Proven experience in reviewing and analyzing property damage appraisals.</li> <li>Experience in conducting property inspections and assessing damage.</li> <li>Experience with Corelogic</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Valid Driver’s License</li> <li>Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if license not required; meets requirements for licensing in additional states as needed</li> <li>Ability to lift heavy object/equipment as needed or climb ladders</li> <li>Vehicle stipend provided</li> </ul> Highly preferred candidates also have: <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> About the Claims team at SageSure:  On SageSure’s Claims team, you’ll be doing more than investigating and resolving losses.
