Over the course of this 10-week program, interns will gain tangible, hands-on experience and insight into our business operations. Join Program Operations and help bring big ideas to life.    What you’d be doing:   <ul> <li>Learning and networking with employees, leaders, and other interns during a 10-week, on the job experience with the potential to earn college credit </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own an individual Capstone project with deliverables and presentation to the organization. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Additional 2-3 projects over the course of 10 weeks prioritized by the Program Operations team with weekly/bi-weekly updates to the team  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Receive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from knowledgeable SageSure professionals across many disciplines  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with teams across the organization to identify and resolve operational challenges. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute ideas and insights to streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Learn technical requirements and engineering skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform Quality Assurance tasks on changes and new product before they go to production </li> </ul>   We’re looking for someone who has:   <ul> <li>Currently Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Insurance, Computer Science or a related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2027 or 2028.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Desire to work in the insurance or technology industry </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently, as a team member, and own challenging tasks </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Authorization to work in the United States </li> </ul> <ul> <li>A proactive mindset with a keen ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Self-starter and self-motivated attitude </li> </ul>   Highly preferred candidates also have:   <ul> <li>Prior internship experience </li> </ul> <ul> <li>GPA of 3.0 or higher </li> </ul> <ul> <li>AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools). </li> </ul><div>About SageSure:   Named among the Best Places to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance for four years in a row (2020-2023), SageSure is one of the largest managing general underwriters (MGU) focused on catastrophe-exposed markets in the US.
