Over the course of this 10-week program, interns will gain tangible, hands-on experience and insight into our business operations. Join Program Operations and help bring big ideas to life.    What you’d be doing:  <ul> <li>Learning and networking with employees, leaders, and other interns during a 10-week, on the job experience with potential to earn college credit. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own an individual Capstone project with deliverables and presentation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Recommend solutions to industry issues and latest news insights relevant to the business. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Receive coaching, mentoring and feedback from knowledgeable SageSure professionals. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Help compile, clean, and organize data from different sources to support reporting needs. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in running and maintaining reports in Excel, Smartsheet, or other business tools. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the team in documenting current processes and identifying where updates are needed to align with what we’re building in PULSE. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Track and summarize performance trends to highlight areas where processes are working well and where there are gaps. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to improving existing data analysis and reporting processes through research, testing, and feedback. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Shadow team members in translating business needs into measurable KPIs and OKRs. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Sit in on meetings where operational improvement needs are discussed and learn how recommendations are developed. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Gain exposure to tools and platforms used for program analytics (e.g., Alteryx, JIRA, Smartsheet) and see how they connect to decision-making. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Learn how trend analysis informs business decisions and how new platforms (like PULSE) are integrated into ongoing operations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Observe and contribute ideas to discussions on how data can optimize business solutions. </li> </ul>   We’re looking for someone who has:   <ul> <li>Currently Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Insurance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field with an anticipated graduation date in Spring 2027 or Winter 2028.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Desire to work in the insurance or technology industry </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently, as a team member, and own challenging tasks </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Authorization to work in the United States </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Curiosity about how data informs business strategy and decision-making. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Self-starter and self-motivated attitude </li> </ul>   Highly preferred candidates also have:   <ul> <li>Prior internship experience </li> </ul> <ul> <li>GPA of 3.0 or higher </li> </ul> <ul> <li>AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools). </li> </ul><div>About SageSure:   Named among the Best Places to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance for four years in a row (2020-2023), SageSure is one of the largest managing general underwriters (MGU) focused on catastrophe-exposed markets in the US.
