You will be a part of the Marketing &amp; Sales Enablement and Optimization practice that is transforming the way we strategize, engage, and motivate our partner agents. In this role, you will:   <ul> <li>Work cross-functionally with other departments, developing surveys and synthesizing findings </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identify challenges within internal processes and recommend solutions, sharpening documentation and critical thinking skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide updates to the AVP of CX and present findings to senior leaders growing your executive presence </li> </ul>   What you’d be doing:  <ul> <li>Partnering with cross-functional teams to design customer surveys and reporting solutions </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Conducting research using Qualtrics surveys, questionnaires, and customer interviews </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Analyzing voice of the customer through both relational and transactional studies </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Synthesizing customer feedback into actionable key themes that highlight CX opportunities </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assisting with the communications and administration of Voice of Customer (VOC) programs </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Designing and developing CX dashboards, reports, and closed-loop processes in Qualtrics </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Fostering cross-functional relationships with senior-level visibility </li> </ul>   We’re looking for someone who has:  <ul> <li>An undergraduate education pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human-Centered Design, or Soft Sciences </li> </ul> <ul> <li>A graduation date in 2027 </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Solid problem-solving skills and detail-oriented </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to multitask and eager to learn </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and as a team member </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Authorization to work in the United States </li> </ul>   Highly preferred candidates also have:  <ul> <li>Prior internship experience </li> </ul> <ul> <li>GPA of 3.0 or higher </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong writing skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with service design </li> </ul> <ul> <li>AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools). </li> </ul>   About the Enablement and Optimization team at SageSure:  As part of the Marketing &amp; Sales team, we strive to find the balance between art and science that enables our sales teams to deliver the best experience to our agents.
