In this high-impact role, you’ll combine deep industry expertise with cross-functional leadership to accelerate pipeline growth and drive revenue. As a trusted advisor to our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, you’ll provide critical insights that support our customers long-term success with the SafetyCulture platform. You’ll also work closely with Product and Product Marketing to influence and shape solutions that meet the unique needs of the Retail and QSR sectors.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>No SaaS experience? As the industry lead, your insights will guide both internal teams and client engagements- positioning you as the go-to expert in Retail and QSR.</span></div><h3>How You Will Spend Your Time</h3><ul><li><b>Sales Support &amp; Revenue Generation: </b>Partner with the sales team to assist with pipeline development and revenue generation by delivering industry-specific insights, compelling value propositions, and technical expertise during client engagements.</li><li><b>Industry Expertise:</b> Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Retail and QSR industry to position our software solutions as the ideal fit for prospective clients’ challenges and goals.</li><li><b>Solution Development: </b>Collaborate with product management and product marketing to design and refine industry-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer demands, and company strategy.</li><li><b>Client Engagement:</b> Participate in pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, to showcase the value of our solutions and build credibility with prospects.</li><li><b>Market Intelligence</b>: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and solution development.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Leadership</b>: Act as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing teams, fostering alignment and ensuring that industry-specific needs are effectively addressed in our offerings.</li><li><b>Pipeline Strategy: </b>Work with sales leadership to identify high-potential opportunities within the sector and develop targeted approaches to maximize conversion rates.</li></ul><h3>What Do You Need? </h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> We’re flexible on your background—whether you come from operations, consulting, or go-to-market, we value your industry expertise above all.
