In the Vice President, Clinical Operations role, you will lead the operations of our direct-to-consumer care delivery model. Address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707 </section> <section> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Work alongside clinicians, product, data/engineer, and business leads to operationalize a hybrid care delivery model and reports to the Chief Medical Officer. </li> <li>Provide perspective on the appropriate technology solutions for care delivery, compliance, documentation and reporting. </li> <li>Collaborate with product teams to ensure appropriate integration of 1st and 3rd party tech solutions in the care delivery model. </li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical support processes and resources.</li> <li>Work with data to ensure quality and compliance.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison for clinical operations inquiries across RVO and partner clinical leadership, providing timely and accurate responses. </li> <li>Assist in the development of materials and resources that support clinical programming.</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>MHA, MBA, and clinical credentials such as PA/NP preferred.</li> <li>Consumer digital health product experience preferred; clinical operations experience in digital health and/or hybrid models.</li> <li>7+ years of clinical operations, program management, care delivery experience. </li> <li>Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics concepts and terminology.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Experience working within consumer-facing digital health, health-tech and/or B2B digital health organizations with familiarity of healthcare data analytics platforms or tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and requirements.</li> <li>Experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles.</li> <li>Previous experience in managing an operations team of diverse functions such as clinicians and product managers.</li> </ul> Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
