AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is seeking a Sr. Director, Commercial Products. This role will report directly to the VP of Commercial Product and will be responsible for end-to-end performance and growth of our in-market products with a specific focus on Profiles and Scheduling. We are looking for a strategic, yet tactical leader who is data-driven, results focused and disciplined in various product management principlesYou will have direct responsibility for managing the financial performance of these in-market products, understand market headwinds and trends, identify key strategies to optimize and drive innovative growth, partner with digital product team to develop good, better, best profile experience and data management, and partner with cross-functional teams to strength our inventory planning.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as portfolio expert and key business decision maker, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Understand core market trends, identify business strategies to augment our sponsored profile offering based on HCS market needs and drive optimization / growth.
  • Develop product KPI’s; directly manage overall product and financial performance including P&L. 
  • Influence and lead cross-functional teams to swiftly execute against identified needs and strengthen inventory planning 
  • Partner with digital product team to prioritize business needs and develop a good, better, best profile experience and data management approach.
  • Partner with sales, implementation and customer success teams to ensure product success and obtain market feedback. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align product strategy with business goals.  
  • Build a culture of product rigor and data-driven decision making.  

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.  
  • Minimum of 10 years in product management, preferably in healthcare industry  
  • Proven track record of leading growth-focused business and product strategy 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization 
  • Strong business acumen with strong analytic and critical thinking skills; demonstrated ability to leverage key market insights to optimize products
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time  

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $172,500 - $190,000 (Plus stock options, bonus or commission potential )
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
