AT A GLANCE
We are seeking a dynamic go-to-market leader to spearhead the optimization of key commercial partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue and maximizing partner success across Optum Health Solutions, Optum Rx, and UnitedHealthcare (including Employer & Individual, Group Retiree, UMR, and Surest). This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g. UAccelerate) to drive the adoption of prevention products and services, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will also build and manage complex, high-value alliances across the channels to enable mutual business growth, executing strategies that boosts brand visibility, drive partner-led demand and accelerate co-selling opportunities.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
Bring products to market
- Own bringing RVO Health’s products to market for UHC employer clients via enterprise standard processes (U-Accelerate)
- Present product strategy and products specs with equal fluency and proactively address the needs of channel stakeholders (product, finance, clinical, tech, sales)
- Create product artifacts that are tailored to the needs of our channel partners
- Manage and organize deliverables and timelines for multi-year product rollouts
Growth channel revenue:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve channel-specific revenue growth targets
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with strategic partners to expand market reach for RVO Health products
Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and opportunities.
Channel Support:
- Provide product education and updates to ensure partners are informed and confident in their positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch joint campaigns and promotions that drive lead generation and conversions.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Track channel performance metrics (e.g., revenue contribution, lead conversion rates, partner satisfaction).
- Use data to assess ROI and continuously refine partner programs and incentives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product go-to-market, growth operations, , strategic partnerships, or channel growth within the healthcare or clinical services industry, preferably with expertise working with large national payers
- Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with commercial health plans, clinical service providers, healthcare systems, hospitals, or specialty clinics.
- Strong understanding of B2B2C products, with a preference for expertise in wellness and weight health commercial products
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding channel reach in clinical or healthcare settings.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical operations, product) to align on growth strategies and partner enablement.
- Experience representing organizations at medical conferences, advisory boards, or industry forums is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence clinical and executive audiences
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $86,250 - $115,000
