Our mission is to empower building materials suppliers with great technology. There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Outreach ๐Ÿ”Ž

    • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€โšง๏ธ for current and future openings.

  • Screening and Evaluation ๐Ÿ•ตโ€โ™‚๏ธ

    • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidatesโ€™ qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Rundoo.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ to understand role requirements and adjust evaluation criteria as needed.

  • Interview Coordination ๐Ÿ“…

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.

    • Ensure timely communication ๐ŸŒ and follow-ups with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Applicant Tracking and Communication ๐Ÿ”ง

    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Filter and review inbound applications ๐Ÿ“„, forwarding only qualified candidates to hiring managers.

    • Draft and send rejection emails ๐Ÿšซ to unqualified candidates in a timely and respectful manner.

  • Employer Branding ๐Ÿ’Œ

    • Support initiatives to enhance Rundooโ€™s employer brand by promoting our culture and values through recruitment channels.

  • Process Improvement โš™๏ธ

    • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and implement best practices to streamline workflows.

    • Provide regular reports and analytics ๐Ÿ”„ on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications ๐Ÿ”’

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (Major in Human Resources or Management), Communication, or Industrial Relations.

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for roles across both the Philippines and the United States.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ๐Ÿ’ฌ, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in the Philippines and the United States is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools like Notion and Ashby.

Work arrangement and other details ๐Ÿ“‹

  • Your schedule aligns with the required hours

    • Tuesdays to Saturdays, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.

  • You have access to your own laptop, microphone, and a high-speed internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: $900/month.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Independent Contractor: You are registered as an Independent Contractor with the BIR & you will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

Interview Process ๐Ÿ“

  • Screening Call (30 minutes): ๐Ÿ“ž A remote call with Czarina, an Operations Lead.

  • Interview (30 minutes): ๐Ÿ’ป A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Recruiting and Operations.

  • Homework Assignment (2-hour prep): ๐Ÿ“ After the introductory call, instructions for the homework task will be sent.

  • On-Site Interview (1 hour): ๐Ÿข An in-person interview with Amanda, who will be your manager, focusing on your ability to learn quickly.

  • Reference Check: โœ… Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
