Recruiting</h2>📌 Candidate Sourcing<ul><li>Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms (e.g., Indeed, AngelList, GitHub, BuiltIn) to identify prospective candidates based on role-specific criteria and feedback from hiring managers.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.</li><li>Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.</li></ul>📋 Application Review<ul><li>Screen incoming applications for qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role and company values.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate filters and revise screening criteria as needed.</li><li>Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize candidate stages and notes.</li></ul>🗣️ Interviewing Candidates<ul><li>Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate motivation, communication, and cultural fit.</li><li>Assess candidate alignment with the role’s requirements, including technical, operational, or managerial competencies.</li><li>Deliver structured feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to inform decision-making.</li><li>Serve as a consistent representative of the company’s values and mission throughout the interview process.</li></ul>🤝 Interview Coordination<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal team members and candidates across time zones.</li><li>Communicate interview logistics and prepare candidates for each step in the process.</li><li>Ensure timely feedback loops between interviewers and hiring teams.</li></ul>🧠 Process Improvement<ul><li>Recommend improvements to recruiting workflows to enhance speed, equity, and candidate experience.</li><li>Create or revise job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.</li><li>Document and refine internal recruiting processes in playbooks or SOPs.</li></ul>💬 Candidate Communication<ul><li>Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer, including answering questions, providing updates, and conveying company culture.</li><li>Notify rejected candidates promptly and respectfully, maintaining a positive brand impression.</li></ul>📊 Reporting and Metrics<ul><li>Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.</li><li>Generate reports for leadership on pipeline health and hiring status by department or role.</li></ul><h2>B.
