SE&amp;TC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers. The Systems Engineer II is a technical role contributing directly to the requirements development and decomposition of complex subsystems as well as developing the verification approach.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Develop and maintain requirements, systems architecture and design, updating and maintaining Interface definitions &amp; description documents by collaborating with multiple IPTLs and SMEs to obtain necessary design information. </li><li>Gain SE technical expertise in development, integration, troubleshooting and failure investigations</li><li>Support technical discussions, and formulate plans of action by leveraging company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines</li><li>Become proficient in creating and managing requirements using DOORS</li><li>Support peer reviews and formal release of CDRLs.</li><li></li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience</li><li>Experience performing requirements definition, decomposition, and changes</li><li>Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer:<ul><li>MS or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physics</li><li>Experience with cPDM, CCB, and document release experience (engineering and formal release)</li><li>Experience with requirements management using DOORS</li><li>Experience with requirements management and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and associated tools (i.e. Cameo)</li><li>Experience with system and sub-system level requirements development, design and documentation of system level software architecture</li><li>Experience demonstrating your communication, technical writing, oral presentation and interpersonal skills with customers and leading technical solutions to complex user needs</li><li>Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Familiarity with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures</li><li>Familiarity with DoD customer infrastructure and Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle</li><li>Ability to work independently and work with SMEs, CEs, LSEs, and other program stakeholders to make informed technical design decisions. </li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
