In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify the solutions are implemented as designed. This role will require communication skills to convey solutions and results to teammates and leadership.This position can be located in either Marlborough, MA or Tewksbury, MA and may require occasional travel.What You will Do:<ul><li>Development of concepts of operations for radar systems</li><li>Radar processing algorithm development</li><li>Radar software requirements development</li><li>Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data</li><li>Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution</li><li>Collaboration with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions</li><li>Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers</li></ul>Additional focus areas for these radar systems are signal processing and waveform design, electronic protection methods, phased array and digital beamforming technology, radar search, track and discrimination design, target and threat modeling, integration and test of large radar systems, MBSE.  This position requires daily on-site support and is not open to hybrid or remote possibilitiesQualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience.</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer:<ul><li>An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures</li><li>Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments</li><li>Design experience in the following radar system areas; antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS</li><li>Experience with MATLAB/Python/C++</li><li>Experience with technical writing and oral presentations</li><li>Masters/PhD in a STEM field</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
